First day of my new adventure

I just woke up from my first night of sleep in my new home in Málaga. (Sounds so surreal!) I am excited to start the Spanish course today already. I want to learn a lot and fast so why not just get started right away?  I’ll have plenty of time for exploring the city in my spare time.

 

I just have to say that I am so happy with my area! Just to mention a few, my closest neighbors are a tapas bar (hurray!), a lovely fruit and veg shop, a supermarket that is open from 08 till 02 every day (wow!) and a nice park. The flat is apparently about 1,5 km from the centre of the city and I am looking forward to exploring! But one thing at a time. The area has most definitely gotten the approved-stamp from me.

The flat is a little odd though if I might say. Not much furniture in it, I guess it’s the typical rental flat, where the owner doesn't want to put a lot of money in making it nice (or rather as little as possible!) let’s say it’s not very homey but nice enough.

I’ll tell about the people I am sharing with later but I need to get ready for my first day of school! 

The sun is shining and it’s already nice and warm, oh joy!
