While I am busy getting in order in my new city, I'll just take you out for a quick meal in San Sebastian. As I mentioned earlier, San Sebastian is literally full of great places to enjoy elaborate and very tasty pintxos. Still, there were two restaurants we tried that gave a more lasting impression. One of them was Bar Bergara. Fancy and simple at the same time. Fresh and stylish decor. Very elaborate pintxos.
The address was a little confusing, so we asked a kind elderly man sitting on a bench with his dog. He smiled proudly and said we were very well informed. According to him, this was one of the best pintxo bars in San Sebastian! I guess there are as many opinions about this as there are bars, but I can only agree with that man, that this is a place worth a visit.

I wasn't used to this kind of fine dining from Norway, and I am very much enjoying what I have on my doorstep right now!
